Noel Gallagher
Noel Gallagher (Noel Gallagher, 1967. 5.29.)
A British rock musician from Manchester. He was the leader, main songwriter, sub-vocalist, and guitarist of Oasis, a now-defunct British rock band.
He is considered one of the leading composers of British popular music in the 1990s, and is regarded as a pivotal figure in the British popular music scene of the 90s alongside his brother, Damon Albarn, and others.
After leaving Oasis, he formed his own backing band, 'Noel Gallagher’s High Flying Birds', and continues his musical career. However, even now that Oasis has disbanded, fans still refer to him as "The Chief." Like many British musicians, he comes from a working-class background, and in particular, spent more time in his working-class days than most other working-class musicians.
